Black and White Weddings Are All The Rage

I’ve been to two weddings this year. My husband was a groomsman in one, my niece a flower girl in the second. And in June my daughter will be a flower girl in a third. Can you believe they were/are all black and white weddings? Well there was a touch of red in the first two. Anyway, I created this card for my babysitter’s daughter, Heather. The Bride and Groom are from Stretch Your Imagination and the doorway is from Happily Ever After.
I just love these Basic Grey ribbon sets. I didn’t have any ribbon when I bought six sets. I can usually find something to match any project.
Here is the card I did for Heather’s shower, it was a quickie. The pink background is embossed with the Cuttlebug. “Love” was made with the “Stamped” cartridge. I used Tim Holtz’s Tattered Rose ink to add dimension, I use this dusty pink color for distressing the edges all the time. The sentiment is a Creative Memories sticker.
