Cardmaking with Kids

My five year old loves to color. We had a birthday party today for her cousins who turn 7 next week. I made some quicky “Groovy Girl” cards with coloring “pages” from this site:

This was a great quick and inexpensive way to do a card for a child. And a good way to use up some of your (less favorite) supplies for a project that you are not going to be really picky about! The twins really liked their cards and told my daughter she did a great job coloring. I think they liked the ribbon touch.

I do the same with my YD!! She loves to color in her own images for her cards to give to family members!

I just emailed that link to my aunt. She was asking last weekend for coloring pages. Your dd did a great job coloring. Thanks so much for sharing.
