Designing a Blog?
Are you thinking about designing a Scrapbook blog? Check out this blog banner kit at Two Peas. I have not downloaded it, but it looks like a great way to get a professional looking custom look. Others may download it and use the same elements, but they should still look different.

You would then just pick a theme template from Wordpress, or your own provider, that has an area for a banner about the same size and shape. Rightclick on that banner in the theme and choose “save as”, taking note of the file name. Then save your new custom banner as the same name and drop it in the images folder!
You can also usually replace a background on many of the Wordpress or Blogger templates. One site that has some really cute backgrounds with a scrapbook feel is The Cutest Blog on the Block. And Lena’s site has some absolutely wonderful designs, but she says they may not work with all browsers so make sure and check it!
Are you wanting to publish a blog but you are reading this thinking, ok, what is a banner, then what do I do with it? Well, here is a blog that might just help get you started: http://www.bloggingbasics101.com/

Ok, so I have not set up a blog yet. Everyone is getting one. I feel like it will be very hard. I will keep this page bookmarked for when I take the plunge. Thank you for sharing this.
